What are Groove Toyota’s Rental Requirements?
Renter must rent in-person during first booking. Renter must have a valid driver’s license, be minimum age 21 or older, have a credit card in the renter’s name, and must be able to provide a copy of a valid auto insurance card. There’s no charge for additional drivers but they must be present at time of rental to provide license and auto insurance card. Spouses are automatically allowed as a driver for rental vehicles as long as they are 21, have a valid driver’s license and are on the same insurance policy as renter. Permits not accepted.
When is the Rental Department open?
Groove Toyota Rentals hours are Monday - Friday, 7am to 6pm and Saturday, 8am to 5pm. You can also request a booking 24/7 online at GrooveToyota.com
If you’re worried about dropping off your rental before we close, don’t be! You can drop off at any time of the day, 7 days a week, with our key drop box. Our drop box is located in front of the Groove Toyota dealership between Service and Express lanes, in front of the light pole.

What does my Groove Toyota rental come with?
Every Groove Toyota rental comes with roadside assistance, unlimited mileage3, and Sirius XM. If you have special requirements for your rental, be sure to add them to the comments section of your booking form or let us know when booking over the phone.

How can I get a price match for my rental?
Groove Toyota will price match rental agreements for similar vehicles within a 10 mile radius of the dealership. Quoted rate must be from the past 48 hours. To price match, bring in a copy of your rental contract with rental dates and full pricing (including taxes and fees).2
Can I use my insurance to cover a Groove Toyota rental?
Yes! In many cases, your insurance provider may allow you to use Groove Toyota as your rental provider instead of a national rental company. We’re happy to work directly with you and your insurance company to explore your coverage options. Contact or visit Groove Toyota Rentals for more details5

To qualify, the competitor’s offer must be for the same vehicle group, with identical pick-up and return locations, and matching rental dates and times. You must present verifiable evidence prior to booking, including the lower total price, vehicle category, pick-up and return details, rental period, full URL of the offer, and clear screenshots showing all required information. Offers from membership-based, wholesale, peer-to-peer, auction sites, or those using promotional codes or coupons are not eligible. Groove Toyota reserves the right to verify claims and deny any request that cannot be validated or appears fraudulent, misleading, or made in bad faith. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability.
3. Unlimited Mileage: Unlimited mileage is offered for standard rental use and applies only to personal, non-commercial travel. Groove Toyota reserves the right to impose mileage restrictions or additional charges in cases of excessive or abusive use, including but not limited to commercial driving, delivery services, towing, or long-haul travel inconsistent with typical personal use. Unlimited mileage does not apply to specialty vehicle rentals unless otherwise specified in writing. All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
