Zach Fahrny was fantastic. Very patient and kind, especially with me on no sleep. I can get kinda cranky. Lol. He was the best. He got my in and out in a few hours with the dealership being as busy as it was, so I could drive the 4 hours home and go back to work. But I'm loving my Rav4. My check engine light came on, so I called immediately for service. I was whisked in exactly on time and told they would run tests to discover the issue. Estimates of time were two hours. I didn't know what the bill would be, but after testing, correcting the problem, and conducting a test drive they called me to pick up my car inside of two hours. The bill was far less than I anticipated. That's why I continue to drive from Aurora to get my auto serviced. They are efficient, friendly, and honest. Groove is my spot!
